1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bet100com platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at bet100com.vip. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By registering an account with bet100com, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;

• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of bet100com and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

bet100com reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on bet100com, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active bet100com account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account actions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bet100com supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted.

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the bet100com platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to the processing times of the sending institution.

• Prohibited Funding Sources: You may not fund your bet100com account using any payment method that does not belong to you, or through any means that violates applicable Philippine law. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on this platform.
• Transaction Limits: bet100com may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard.

bet100com reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bet100com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.

• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: bet100com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bet100com platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• Random Number Generation: All casino games on bet100com use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by bet100com or any third party.

• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome. Disputes regarding live dealer game results must be raised within forty-eight (48) hours of the game session.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet100com platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the bet100com platform;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward bet100com staff or other players;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after using the deposited funds for gaming.

8 Responsible Gaming

bet100com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible free of charge from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bet100com account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet100com platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of bet100com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any bet100com trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of bet100com intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bet100com.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet100com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

bet100com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet100com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bet100com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bet100com collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC);
• Processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and other legal obligations;

12 Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Suspected bonus abuse or collusion;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or compliance review.

You may close your bet100com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bet100com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bet100com will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bet100com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bet100com platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent bet100com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
